Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me. Psalm 138:7
Troubles take a toll on us at times, but there is hope in Christ Jesus that knows all about everything that we face! And as we fully trust Him we can say with full assurance: "Thou wilt revive me!"
You see Jesus said that in this world we would have tribulations! He let you know before the fact of all that you are facing right now that it would come! But Jesus also said: "Be of good cheer, I have overcome." Your problems are real with awful pain and challenging of your resources. Again, Jesus said: "Be of good cheer, I have overcome."
Jesus said to you if you are saved by the Blood of Christ, "Greater is He that is within you than he that is in the world. In this world you shall have tribulation but the Greater is He is within you!
Every devise that the enemy raises up to try to destroy us, God's unchanging hand will put down! He will hold us by the power of His right hand! "We must walk on with God!"
In this time as the Bible says are perilous times, it's time for the Church to walk with God! You can't walk with God and be in disagreement with God! Your trouble is real___but God wants to be made more real to you that all that can be devised against you. No weapon that is formed against you shall prosper if you walk on with God!
Never has there ever been a man or a woman that walked on with God that was ashamed of God! Paul said: For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ for it is the power of God unto salvation! Total salvation! Total victory! Nothing by any means shall hurt you! "Walk on with God!"
Abraham walked with God, He heard the Only True God call him and he walked with God! He left land, home, and kinfolk and walked with God! That walk with God was a walk of faith!
Troubles of uncertainty came his way but he walked on with God!
Troubles came from his enemies but he walked on with God!
Troubles came from his family but he walked on with God!
Troubles came from his own doings but he walked on with God!
You see, just like Abraham you have been called out to walk with God and you are going to be faced with the same kind of troubles that Abraham was faced with. Abraham walked with God!
You've got to come out whenGod calls!
You've got to believe the promise God gave to you!
You've got to deal with the flesh!
You've even got to be willing to let the promise die! Abraham did and he walked on with God!
What are you going to do? "You must walk on with God!"
The Psalmist David said: Thou I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me! Thou shalt stretch for thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies! Thy right hand shall save me!
David knew God! And David knew God was for him!
Do you know God? Do you know that He is for you? "Walk on with God!"
The Lord will perfect that which concerneth me: thy mercy, O Lord, endureth for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands. Psalm 138:8
Our cry should be: "God you have made us! We are in your hands! You have called us out of this world to bring us into Yours!
Jesus said: "My kingdom is not of this world."
I am no longer my own! I belong to God! All that concerns me__concerns God! When He called me to walk with Him, He gave me the power to walk with God! God has given you power to walk with God! "Walk on with God!"
I'm no longer my own, I belong to God! I'm at His mercy! His mercy endureth for ever! As David cried out: Forsake not the works of thine own hand! "I cry out to God with that same prayer!"
I will walk on with God! Will you?
